Caribbean Artist Picardo Erick

September 12, 2019 @ 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Free

Art brings people of all backgrounds together. Here is a fun, colorful and dynamic public art project for the entire Ottawa community. The snowplow project is open to everyone from the neighborhood to get involved to express their creativity. Our local Caribbean artist will guide participants through the entire process and will apply a professional touch to the end in order to have a unique piece of public art.

The snowplow blade art project also helps to learn about the importance of snowplows and their role in helping to keep our city clean and beautiful during winter weather. Prior to the process Picardo will offer an interesting introduction/conversation in which he will talk about the process transfer paint to large curve metal canvas surface.
